Pricing will depend on color, lineage, conformation and size of puppy, and is with limited registration only, in which case the papers will not be sent out until verification of spay/neuter is provided to us from your veterinarian. Registration: Full registration is an additional cost and is subject to approval. Deposits: Deposits are one half (1/2) of the purchase price and are non-refundable, however, we will transfer to a future litter if necessary. Payment: Cash, cashier checks & money orders NOTE: Payment must be received in full by the age of 7 weeks or one week prior to expected shipping for older puppies. I will deliver to certain areas in Wa, & I can also try to meet you at an agreeable place. And you always have the option to come to my home. I do not like to ship because it is such a distress on my puppies. But if that is your only option we can discuss it, and there would be an additional fee. *Puppies will have their shots and worming up to date. They are sent to their new home with a toy that has mommy and litter scent to help with a smoother transition, a bag of food that they are accustomed to, and shot info, etc. No puppies leave before the age of 8 weeks and sometimes 10 weeks depending on size and distance they must travel to their new family. |

| About US We are developing a small home-based breeding program. We are not a kennel. All our Shih Tzu are raised in our home. They are an important part of our family! The puppies are born and raised in an area made especially for them, off our kitchen so they are in sight of us always! We interact w/them often through out the day.
