IMPERIAL SHIH TZU PUPPIES FOR SALE:
Prices on our Imperial Shih Tzu Puppies are determined by size & color
(9-10 lb range Male Imperial Shih Tzu Puppies $700,  Female Imperial Shih Tzu Puppies $800)
(7-8 lb range Imperial Shih Tzu Puppies $  900 to $1,100)
(3-6 lb range Teacup Shih Tzu Puppies $1,200 to $2,500)
Blue Shih Tzu Puppies: prices may vary

Full registration is an additional cost and is subject to approval.

Deposits:
To hold a puppy a $200 deposit is required and is non-refundable,however,
we will transfer to a current or future litter if necessary.

Payment:
Cash, cashier checks & money orders

NOTE:
Payment must be received in full by the age of 7 weeks
or one week prior to expected shipping for older puppies.

I will deliver to certain areas in Wa, &  I can also try to meet you at an agreeable place.
And you always have the option to come to my home.

I do not like to ship because it is such a distress on my puppies.
But if that is your only option we can discuss it, and there would be an additional fee.

*Puppies will have their shots and worming up to date.
They are sent to their new home w/a toy that has mommy and litter scent to help
with a smoother transition, a bag of food that they are accustomed to, and shot info, etc.

No puppies leave before the age of 8 weeks and sometimes 10 weeks
depending on size and distance they must travel to their new family.
About US
We are developing a small home-based breeding program In Toppenish, Wa.
My husband George & I have been married 40 years. & we have 3 beautiful children, & 7 outstanding
grandchildren!! We are Grammy & Papa to our grandkids. That is so endearing to me!!

We live in the country with a lot of area for our Imperial Shih Tzu moms & dads to run.
They are NOT in kennels. We have doggy doors for them to go in & out.

All our Imperial Shih Tzu are raised in our home & they are an important part of our family!!
Our Imperial Shih Tzu puppies are born and raised in a bedroom made especially for them &
sometimes in our living room! They are in sight of us always!

We interact w/them often through out the day. Our grandchildren love playing with them too!!
They truly are a part of our lives!

Our first and foremost goal is to improve the Imperial Shih Tzu breed and provide you with a healthy,
social, quality Imperial Shih Tzu puppy.

Our breeding dogs are from a few reputable breeders with top lines. We have been blessed
with some excellent quality dogs in our breeding program.

I thank those breeders whose hard work and years of experience made it possible
to own such quality Shih Tzu Puppies.
